Work under this standing offer is for the removal, disposal and abatement of Mould, Asbestos and Lead as requested by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in the form of call ups at the Training Academy-Depot Division, F Division Headquarters and Lab Building in Regina, Saskatchewan. Services are to be provided on an “as required basis”.
It is anticipated that two (2) Standing Offers will be issued.
The Standing Offers will be issued for a period of two (2) years with the option to extend the term of the Standing Offer for one (1) additional one (1) year option period.

Security Requirement:
The contractor is required to have all personnel working on site to be security cleared at the level of Reliability Status as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The contractor SHALL NOT remove or make copies of any DESIGNATED or CLASSIFIED information or assets from the identified work site.
Site Visit:
A mandatory site visit will be held. Refer to the solicitation document for the date, time and other details regarding the site visit.
Basis of Selection:
An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price per requirement will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PWGSC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
