Little Smokey - Slope Stabilization, Cape Breton Highlands

Parks Canada Agency (PCA) has a requirement for construction services for the continued stabilisation of rock cuts along the Little Smokey in Cape Breton Highlands National Park, NS. The work under this contract consists of, but is not limited to, the supply of labour, materials, plant and equipment to complete this phase of rock cut stabilisation. This is the fourth of a multi-phase project to stabilise rock slopes along the Cabot Trail.

The work covered under this project consists of furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment hardware and materials compliant in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and conditions contained therein.

Proponents shall be licensed to practice in the province of Nova Scotia.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There will not be a site visit.

Bids Security is required.

Contractors must have at minimum $5,000,000.00 Liability Insurance Coverage and Pollution Liability.

Delivery Date: Construction must be completed by November 15, 2017.
