TITLE:
STRUCTURAL STABILIZATION - GLENGARRY CAIRN NHS

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
The project Scope of Work includes: installation of ground protection and establishing access to the site (island), repointing of masonry walls, isolated stone replacements, painting.

CONTRACTOR SELECTION
This Invitation to Tender contains bid criteria in order to provide socioeconomic benefits to the Mohawk of Akwesasne First Nations. For further information please consult “Special Instruction to Bidders”, SI10, “Mohawks of Akwesasne Opportunities and Consideration”.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT:
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. The site visit will be held on Monday, October 2 2017 with an alternate date in case of poor weather conditions.

 Bidders should communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than September 28, 2017 2:00 PM EDT to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Due to seating limitation, only those who confirm their attendance will be guaranteed a seat.

DELIVERY DATE:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work on or before November 01, 2018

NOTE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS:

Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
