Description of Work:

DFO is updating its web applications and web pages to meet current standards. This RFP is to obtain the services of 3 Web site Business Transformation Architects with the following descriptions: User Research Expert, Usability Expert and User Interface Design Expert.

• Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories
• The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
