Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Contractor will be required to pick up and dispose of the garbage and recycling as directed in the Statement of Work.
The Contractor’s representative/technician to have numbered work order requests signed by the Project Authority or designate, indicating that the work has been completed and a copy is to be left with the Project Authority for confirmation for the Finance department that the work has been carried out under the existing contract.
Term of Contract:
The period of the Contract is from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2021 inclusive.

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Given the nature of the requirements, proposals submitted by such means as facsimile or electronic mail will not be accepted.
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
