Kouchibouguac Forcemain Realignment

Description of Work: The work covered by this Contract is for the replacement and realignment

of an existing sanitary forcemain between the campground and septic field within the

boundaries of Kouchibouguac National Park, in New Brunswick.

 See attached drawings and specifications for detailed scope of work.

 Closing Date and Time: Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at 1400 hrs (EDT)

Optional Site Visit:

THERE WILL BE AN OPTIONAL SITE VISIT ON: October 11, 2017 at 2 pm (ADT).

Interested bidders are to meet at the Visitors Centre located at: 186 Route 117, Kouchibouguac National Park, New Brunswick, E4X 2P1.

Bidders should advise the contracting authority their intention to attend the site visit no later than one working day before the scheduled visit.

No alternate site visit will be offered to bidders who couldn’t attend the original site visit date and time. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents.

Delivery Date: The Work must be completed on or before March 31, 2018.
