Description of the Requirement:

 Bid solicitation #201706725, issued under the framework of the Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) method of supply (E60ZT-16TSPS), for the provision of up to two (2) bilingual resources and one (1) English or French resource for the following professional services: 1. Human Resources Services Stream, 1.2 Organizational Design and Classification Consultant, senior level. Bidders may submit more than one (1) bid; however you must only submit one (1) resource per bid submission. Multiple bids must be submitted in separate bid packages. Bidders may submit up to two (2) proposed bilingual resources and up to one unilingual resource. The bidder may propose the same resource for the bilingual requirement and the unilingual requirement. The bid submissions must clearly indicate the language capability for the proposed resource. The intent is to award up to three (3) contracts to the highest ranked bidder resources.

 Applicable Trade Agreements :

 The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

 Proposed Period of the Contract :

 It is intended to result in the award of a contract for a one year period, plus four one-year irrevocable option(s) allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

Estimated Level of Effort :

 The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for up to 250 days per year.
