Description:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a forensic comparison macroscope in order to accommodate the current expansion of the Ottawa Firearms Section. Installation and training of the forensic comparison macroscope is also required.
The contract period will be from date of contract award to March 31, 2018 with an irrevocable option to acquire additional goods, services or both. The anticipated start date is January 2, 2018.
All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2018.
Security requirements: The Contractor is required to be security cleared at the level of RCMP Facility Access (FA) as verified by the Personal Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
