Description:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for the supply and replacement of the Fall arrest system on twenty five (25) communications towers located Baie Verte, Bay Bulls, Bay D'espoir, Bonavista, Burgeo, Burin, Carmanville, Channel, Cornerbrook, Ferryland, Freshwater, Glovertown, Harbour Breton, Harricott, Hawke Hills, Holyrood, Kenmount Hill, Lawn, Lewisporte, New Chelsea, Peters River, Spaniards Bay, Stephenville, Wesleyville and Whiteway in Newfoundland and Labrador (NL).
The contract period will be from the date of contract to March 31, 2019. The anticipated start date is January 3, 2018.
Bidders must be able to provide the required services for all twenty-five (25) sites as per the SOW.
This requirement is open only to those invited Supply Arrangement Holders under supply arrangement 201304568/B/XXX qualified under Stream 1: Supply and Installation. Region of Qualification: Easterm

Before award of a contract, the Bidder’s proposed individuals requiring access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must be security cleared at the level of RCMP Facility Access as verified by the Personal Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
Basis of selection: Lowest priced, compliant bidder.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
