The Department of National Defence has a requirement for quantity two (2) Semi-Trailers, 53FT, single drop, 31,753kg (70,000lb) Payload. This requirement includes an option to purchase up to quantity two (2) Semi-Trailers to be exercised within twelve (12) months from the effective date of the contract.

Delivery locations, quantities required, mandatory requirements and deliverable information are detailed under Annex “A” – Pricing and Annex “B” – Purchase Description of this solicitation package. Bidders may propose substitutes and alternatives where equivalent is indicated in Annex “B” – Purchase Description.

There is no security requirement associated with this requirement.

This requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.

The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
