Cleaning and Sanitizing Cabinets for Sport and Tactical Equipment, Regina, SK

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a contract to supply, deliver and off load two (2) Cleaning and Sanitizing Cabinets for Sports and Tactical Equipment by 29 March 2018 to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Training Academy-Depot Division located in Regina, Saskatchewan, in accordance with the specifications detailed in the RFP.

All the deliverables must be received on or before March 29, 2018.

Security Requirement: There is no security requirement applicable to this Contract.

Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit located on the first page of the solicitation document.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
