This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 201801313 dated August 25, 2017 with a closing of October 10, 2017 at 2PM EDT.

Nature of Requirements: 3D Scanning Microscope System

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of one (1) new 3D Scanning Microscope System with installation, training and travel in accordance with the technical specifications located at Annex A and F of the solicitation document.

The proposed procurement includes an option to purchase one (1) new 3D Scanning Microscope System with installation, training and travel in accordance with the technical specifications located at Annex A and F of the solicitation document on an ‘'as and when'’ requested basis during a 48 month period from date of contract award.

This requirement is subject to the following Trade Agreements:

• Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
• World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP)
• North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)

Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No

The Responsive Bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.

Delivery to be made to The Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Ottawa, Ontario. One contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation.

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Bids must be submitted only to Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Bid Receiving Unit by the date, time and place indicated on page 1 of the bid solicitation.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The bid solicitation documents contain all the requirements relating to the bid solicitation.
