The National Energy Board has a requirement to identify the NEB’s priority audiences for energy Information in Canada, and explore the best way to reach and engage them. The Board would engage Energy Exchange to conduct specialized research to identify and profile the target audiences of the NEB’s energy information and to use this research to provide recommendations for the best strategies to engage these audiences with appropriate products and information. This work will build on past research by Energy Exchange on energy literacy and citizen perspectives in Canada to strengthen the public outreach and engagements efforts of the NEB’s Energy Information program.
