The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) requires the services of a professional fencing company to modify an existing fence to meet CSC standards. The fence is located in a Correctional Facility in Gravenhurst, Ontario.
Objectives: A temporary fence was erected around a construction site in 2011. The purpose of the fence was to keep people in the medium security facility from going into the construction site. After the completion of the construction it was decided that most of the fence would remain in place as a delineation fence. Because the purpose of the fence has changed some of the components need to be adjusted to better serve the new function.
