This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category:
One (1) Level 2 Change Management Consultant
To facilitate the process, Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada has chosen to attach a copy of the RFP to this NPP to allow those suppliers who were not formally invited to bid on this requirement to submit a proposal should they wish to do so. Only suppliers listed on Annex A of this notice can submit a proposal. (Suppliers listed in Annex A of this notice should hereby consider themselves invited to bid (there is no requirement for the suppliers listed in Annex A to further request to be added to the invited bidders list).
Note: Any resulting Questions and Answers (Q&A) related to this RFP will be posted on GETS as they are issued. No Q&A will be emailed directly to any suppliers. This list will not be updated if additional suppliers request copies of the solicitation.
Description of Work:
The Corporate Management Sector (CMS) of Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) requires the services of a Change Management Consultant to develop the processes, tools and techniques to manage the transition, from a user perspective, toward the To Be state of the procurement and payment processes in order to achieve the required business outcome of PPMI.
Proposed Period of Contract:
It is intended to result in the award of one contract from the date the contract is awarded and ends March 31st, 2018, plus one (1) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
