Assess the Cumulative Anthropogenic Impacts to Caribou in Labrador over the Last Century

Environment Canada has a requirement for a Contractor to provide a report on the cumulative anthropogenic impacts to caribou in Labrador over the last century to inform conservation planning, as detailed in the Statement of Work, Annex A to the bid solicitation. The period of the contract is from date of contract award to June 30, 2018, with one option to extend the term of the Contract by up to one (1) additional one year period.

There are no security requirements associated with this requirement.

Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related information as needed, pursuant to section 01 Integrity Provisions of Standard Instructions 2003.

For services requirements, bidders in receipt of a pension or a lump sum payment must provide the required information as detailed in article 3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation.

The requirement is not subject to trade agreements.
