Table Top Inserters

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) seeks to enter into a Contract with a single Contractor for:

• the supply, delivery, and installation of four (4) table top inserters, to the locations outlined in section 3.1 of Annex A – Statement of Work, within thirty (30) calendar days of contract award;
• the supply, delivery, and installation of additional table top inserters on an “as and when requested” basis to CRA locations across Canada;
• the provision of extended on-site hardware maintenance services, for table top inserters provided by the Contractor under this Agreement to CRA locations across Canada, an on an “as and when requested” basis;
• the provision of on-site support services, for table top inserters provided by the Contractor under this Agreement to CRA locations across Canada, on an “as and when requested” basis;
• the provision of operator training, for table top inserters provided by the Contractor under this Agreement to CRA locations across Canada, on an “as and when requested” basis;

all in accordance with Annex A: Statement of Work.

The period of the of the resulting contract will be (i) 3 years from the Contract award date or (ii) from the contract award date until the date when the last on-site hardware maintenance service period ends, whichever is later.

The period during which table top inserters, on-site hardware maintenance services, on-site support services, and operator training can be ordered under the resulting contract is three (3) years from the contract award date.

The resulting contract will include the option (irrevocable to CRA) to extend contract period and the ordering period by up to two (2) additional one-year periods (each) under the same conditions.

CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHODOLOGY

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the highest bid evaluation score will be recommended for award of a contract.

Bids must be received on or before February 28, 2018 at 2:00 pm EST.

The CRA reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
