TIME OF COMPLETION

.1 The work of this Contract shall start after immediately following award of contact and shall be substantially completed by May 15, 2018.

.2 On-site work shall be limited from Monday to Friday, unless approved by the NCC Representative. 

SCOPE OF WORK

.1 Provide all materials, labour, equipment, and services necessary to complete all work described in the plans and specifications including, but not limited to:

  • Shop drawings submission based on site measurements;
  • Prototype/mock-up to be installed on site using temporary measures to ensure proper functionality;
  • Manufacturing of metal bike rails including safety tape;
  • Installation of metal bike rails with specified anchors;
  • Rehabilitation of all disturbed areas resulting from the work of this contract, if applicable.
  • Record drawings submission.

CONSTRUCTION TIME: The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within twelve (12) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
