Requirement:
Parks Canada Agency is seeking to replace the HVAC systems at Saddleback Housing, the Lake Louise visitor Reception Center (VRC) in Banff National Park, the Mckay Garage, and the McKay Operations Centre in Kootenay national Park. This will involve detailed design and tender specifications for all four facilities by a component engineering firm.
Project Timeline:
The Contractor shall perform and complete all onsite Work by December 15, 2019.
Bidders’ Teleconference:
A bidders' teleconference will be held on January 24, 2018. The conference will begin at 13:30 PM MST. The scope of the requirement outlined in the bid solicitation will be reviewed during the conference and questions will be answered. It is recommended that bidders who intend to submit a bid attend or send a representative.
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the conference to confirm attendance. Bidders should provide, in writing, to the Contracting Authority, the names of the person(s) who will be attending and a list of issues they wish to table no later than January 19, 2018.
The teleconference call coordinates will be provided to confirmed participants following notification of attendance with the Contracting Authority.
Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the bidders' conference will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. Bidders who do not attend will not be precluded from submitting a bid.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
