This amendment is raised to provide 1) Questions and Answers, 2) to add additional information to paragraph 6.14 Packaging Requirement and 3) to modify paragraph 6.6.1 Contracting Authority information.

The Department of National Defence has a requirement to have engineering, design, testing and certification of 145 Lights Tow Bars for the HLVW Fleet as per the statement of work (SOW) attach has Annex A. Delivery Quantity five (5) Pre-Production Samples to Ottawa, (84) to Montreal depots and (56) to Edmonton depots.

The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

Debriefings

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
