Description of Work:
The project includes the removal and disposal of existing cedar roof, flashings and caps on the main house at Woodside National Historic Site of Canada.
Closing Date and Time: Tuesday, February 20th, 2018 - 2 :00 PM EST
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 528 Wellington St. North, Kitchner, ON N2H 5L5 on February 8th, 2018. The site visit will begin at 1:00 PM EST in the Woodside National Historic Site.
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than February 7th, 2018 at 2:00 PM EST to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
Construction Time:
The contractor will begin the work from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer and will complete the work on or before April 30th, 2018.

This PCA office provides procurement services to the public in either official language of Canada.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
