REQUIREMENT: Work under this Contract is for the installation of buried duct banks using combined open cut and direct bore techniques, in Ottawa, Ontario. All associated site work is included. See attached specifications and drawings for detailed scope of work.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There will be an optional site visit February 7th, at 2:00 p.m. Interested bidders are to meet at 1426 St. Joseph Blvd., Orleans, ON.
The site visit for this project is OPTIONAL. For security purposes, please inform the Contracting Authority at least 48 hours in advance if you plan on attending this site visit.

CONTRACT PERIOD: The portion of the work from Innes road to Upper Terrace Main, (drawings C603 to C608) should be completed as soon as possible with a target date no later than April 15th, 2018.
The Contractor shall perform and complete the entirety of the work by September 30th, 2018.

BID RECEIVING: Emailed or facsimiled submissions will not be accepted. Sealed tenders must be received in English or French to the address on the front page of the solicitation document.
