Standing Offer Agreement for Audio Visual Equipment for Meeting Rooms

The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking to establish a maximum of one (1) Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) for a period of two (2) years from date of award on an “as and when requested” basis for Audio Visual Equipment for Meeting Rooms.

The National Capital Commission will be updating the audio visual equipment used in its 14 meeting rooms over the next 2 years.Through this Standing Offer Agreement, the NCC is seeking specific equipment as per the specifications outlined in this document, with fixed prices for two (2) years.

Closing Date:  February 16, 2018 at 3:00 pm, Ottawa time.

The procurement process of this tender is subject to:

• Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement;

Duration : The resulting SOA will be for a period of two (2) years from date of award.

Evaluation :  An agreement will be issued to the lowest bidder who meets all requirements
