Trade Agreements: World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTF) and Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).

Description: The contractor must supply and install fire alarm monitoring panels and provide monitoring services from a ULC listed monitoring agency to monitor the fire alarm monitoring panel as per CAN/ULC S561-13 for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) - ‘F’ Division in various locations within Saskatchewan.

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract award for a period of two (2) years inclusive with option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same conditions.

There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
