Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, represented by the Minister of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (DFATD), is seeking to identify construction firms capable and interested in performing a construction project related to the Mechanical and Electrical systems upgrades to the existing mission.

The project consists of modifiying existing the Mechanical and Electrical systems including the fire protection system to ensure their conformity with current laws and standards.

ONLY Canadian consultants firms that meet the following mandatory requirements and demonstrate an interest through the NPP will be invited to submit proposals.
