REQUIREMENT: Work under this contract is for the construction using existing exterior walls to add 2 interior rooms and change flooring and millwork, in Ottawa, Ontario. All associated site work is included. See attached specifications and drawings for detailed scope of work.

SITE VISIT: No scheduled visit.

DELIVERY DATE: Completion by May 11^th, 2018

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received not less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
