Requirement:
Parks Canada Agency (PCA) has a requirement for construction of a new bridge structure spanning approx. 80 ft / 24.38 m to replace the bridge that failed over Barter’s Brook on Lomond Road as a result of a major storm (in January 2018) in Gros Morne National Park, NL. The bridge will be a two lane prefabricated panel bridge with cast-in-place spread footing abutments. The work under this contract consists of, but is not limited to, the supply of labour, materials, plant, and equipment, to complete this project as per the contract documents, plans, and specifications.

There is no site visit scheduled for this requirement.
Project Timeline:
The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by May 25, 2018. The road and bridge must be open to traffic by May 1, 2018.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
