Professional Services Supply Chain

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit bids from qualified professional services suppliers for Multiple-Award Contracts (MACs) under the Professional Services Supply Chain (PSSC).

CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHODOLOGY

The evaluation of proposals will be performed in seven (7) steps as follows:

Step 1 – Evaluation against Mandatory Criteria

Step 2 – Evaluation against Point-Rated Criteria

Step 3 – Evaluation of Financial Proposals

Step 4 – Basis of Selection

Step 5 – Basis of Selection – Other Requirements

Step 6 – Conditions Precedent to Contract Award

Step 7 - Contract Entry

Bids must be received on or before September 19, 2017 at 2:00pm EDT.

The CRA reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
