Description:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a contractor to develop a fully customized Interest Based Negotiations Training course, specifically for Federal Policing Senior Management and deliver the customized Interest Based Negotiations Training course.
The contract period will be for one year from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two additional one-year period to offer up to 2 training sessions per option year.
There is a security requirement for this requirement, this is described in detail in the Request for Proposal.
Basis of selection: The Offers will be evaluated using mandatory and point-rated criteria. To be considered responsive, a proposal must comply with all the requirements of the Request for Proposal, meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria, and obtain an overall score of at least 80% in the point rated evaluation criteria. This is described in detail in the Request for Proposal.
