To deliver, install and provide the personnel to operate the main sites print centres as well as the remote sites print centres before, during and after the G7 Summit event. The Contractor must provide personnel, photocopiers, printers, scanners and shredders as identified in Annex B. The Contractor is responsible for technical support and repair of this equipment on sites. No Product Substitution: Bidders must provide products are of the same description and brand name as detailed in The Statement of Work (SOW), Part 4.0 Technical Mandatory Requirement of the bid solicitation. Bidders are advised the substitute products will not be considered.
