Furnace and Air Conditioning Replacement, Drayton Valley, AB

Description: Work under this contract will involve but is not limited to the following for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP): Supply all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to remove and replace existing furnaces and air conditioning units at the RCMP Detachment located in Drayton Valley, AB as described in the attached Scope of Work and any amendments thereto.

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by March 31, 2019

There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

Optional Site Visit: Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on April 20, 2018 and April 27, 2018 at 10:00 hrs MDT (Mountain Daylight Time).

A public bid opening will be held in the office designated on the Front Page “Invitation to Tender” for the receipt of bids shortly after the time set for solicitation closing.

Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
