Description of the Requirement:

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Corporate Management and Comptrollership (CM&C) team has a requirement for a Senior Organizational Design and Classification Consultant on an “as and when requested basis” to review, update, and re-write work descriptions and classifications for all branches under CM&C.

There is no incumbent currently performing these tasks.

Level of Security Requirement:

The Contractor’s resources are required to be security cleared at the level of Facility Access as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).

Applicable Trade Agreements:

Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business (SPAB)

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award for a one year period. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to one (1) additional one (1) year period under the same terms and conditions

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for up to 150 days per year on an “as and when requested” basis using task authorizations issued in accordance with the Contract.
