Description: This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) is for the supply of all necessary labour, equipment, material, supervision and transportation necessary for asphalt roadway and driveway installation, removal and repair for
the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Training Academy - Depot Division in Regina, Saskatchewan. Services are to be provided on an “as requested” basis.
It is anticipated that one Standing Offer will be issued.
The Standing Offers will be issued for a period of one (1) year.
Security Requirement: The offeror is required to have all personnel working on site to be security cleared at the level of Facility Access with Escort (FA2) as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The offeror SHALL NOT remove or make copies of any DESIGNATED or CLASSIFIED information or assets from the identified work site.
Basis of selection: An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.
