Description of the Requirement (see attached NPP for details)
The Parks Canada Agency has a requirement for the review and modernization of its commercial and residential leasing and licensing program as part of its commitment to good financial stewardship. The review includes identifying and examining the feasibility of a fair market value model for the commercial and residential leases and licenses of occupation it administers where this currently is not in practice. It is intended to resulting in the award of one (1) contract. Please see attached NPP for details.
