Description of Work:

The Solutions and Information Management Branch (SIMB) with the Corporate Services Sector (CSS) of Citizenship and Immigration Canada is on a continuous improvement program to transform the IM/IT organization to reach maximum organizational performance. SIMB is initiating a project to review and assess how its organization currently delivers its services to its clients and stakeholders.
