Requirement:
Parks Canada requires construction of a 3,700 m3 concrete reservoir, internal piping/mixing, connections to existing reservoir, yard piping, level transmitters and electrical/communications equipment.

Project Timeline:
The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by July 1, 2019
Optional Site Visit:
There will be a site visit on May 9, 2018 at 1:00 PM (MDT). Interested bidders are to meet at the Pipestone Trail Parking Lot, located off Slate Road in Lake Louise, in Banff National Park, Alberta. A short walk (approximately 800m) will be required from the parking lot to the proposed reservoir site. It is recommended that interested bidders investigate the ground/weather conditions in the area prior to arriving at site. Coordinates: 51° 26.029'N, 116° 11.149'W
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the optional site visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
