Inspection and Preventative Maintenance services on the Fire Alarm, Fire Protection and Life Safety Systems in the Province of Manitoba

REQUIREMENT

RCMP D Div. Asset Management requires a service contract that will furnish all necessary labour, supervision, transportation, material, tools and equipment to provide inspection and preventative maintenance services on the Fire Alarm, Fire Protection and Life Safety Systems, in accordance with Annex A – Scope of Work, for the RCMP in the Province of Manitoba.

TERM OF CONTRACT: The period of the Contract is from date of award for a twenty – four (24) month period and an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods under the same terms and conditions.

The RCMP is looking to establish one contract as defined in Annex “A” Statement of Work in the Invitation to Tender.

Optional Site Visit: Arrangements have been made for a tour of the work sites. All vendors are requested to meet at the front entrance of the Oakbank RCMP Detachment, located at 625 Balsam Crescent, Oakbank, MB, on May 16^th, 2018 @ 11:00 a.m. CDT (Central Daylight Time).

All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than five (5) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.
