A public bid opening will be held in the office listed above shortly after the time set for solicitation closing.

Description: Work under this contract will involve, but is not limited to the following for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP): To improve upon the general condition and safety rating of the Detachment building by eliminating all identified potential tripping hazards within and exterior to the detachment building, including those associated with the front concrete walkway and the interior flooring system(s). The RCMP also wishes to expand the current space associated with the exercise room within the attached garage bay, and to replace the flagpole exterior to the building with three new flagpoles.and is further described in the attached Scope of Work and any amendments thereto.

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by August 31, 2018.

There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

Optional Site Visit: Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at the RCMP Detachment, 5209 50th St,

Two Hills, AB on 29 May 2018 at 1300 hrs MST.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
