1. Summary
1.1 Services
Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires the services of an architectural firm (the “Consultant”) together with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for the provision of service required for this project.
1.2 Overview
The services of a Consultant, are required to undertake the design and construction administration / review services needed to construct a new detachment in Jasper, Alberta.
The project consists of design and construction of a new police detachment facility to meet the RCMP’s program requirements on a building site in Jasper, Alberta. There is an operational requirement for a new RCMP detachment facility to be constructed in the community of Jasper, Alberta. Jasper is a community located approximately 365km west of Edmonton AB. The anticipated size of the facility is approximately 777 m2. This includes an out-building for cold storage of approximately 36.4 m2. A fenced dog run (with wood dog house) will also be located on the site.The Consultant will provide a full Consultant Team including the required expertise in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, landscape architecture, project costing, scheduling and commissioning Consultant specialist.

Enquiries should be received no later than 5 working days prior to the closing date identified on the front page of the Request for Proposal. Enquiries received after that date may not be answered prior to the closing date of the solicitation.

3. General Information
