REQUIREMENT: The purpose of this project is for the construction for renovations and upgrades of an existing building in Ottawa, Ontario. All associated site work is included. See attached specifications and drawings for detailed scope of work.
APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
MANDATORY SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit on June 22nd at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders are to meet at 5 Shirley Blvd. in the Main Lobby. Attendees will require official government Identification to sign in.
The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The representative of the Bidder must sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will be rejected.

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Pursuant to GC6 of the General Conditions, the resulting Contract will include the provisions for changes in the Work at the request of the Engineer.
