Description of the procurement: The National Capital Commission (NCC) is inviting proposals from qualified bidders to undertake tile drainage works on approximately 490 acres of NCC farmland. Work will include but is not limited to locate, repairs and improvements of existing systems (as applicable), new tile drainage installation (30 feet to 70 feet spacing as required), and field improvements including ditching, field access and culvert work. The properties are located in the East end of Ottawa adjacent Russell and Ridge roads, East of exit #110 of the Trans-Canada highway 417.
