Description: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Post Garage Support Services in Winnipeg, Manitoba, has a requirement for the Supply and Delivery of seasonal Grounds Maintenance Services at the Post Garage Support Services Building in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Delivery Date: The contract period will be for a Twenty-four (24) month period, covering the actual work to be performed during each Spring, Summer and Fall season, which normally consists of a six (6) month period from May 1st through to October 31st, with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to Two (2) additional – Twelve (12) month option periods.

Security: Public Site Access, Facility Access 1 clearance (FA-1 Public Access Zone, No-Escort Required) for trades work (Exterior work – Landscaping, Snow Clearing and Removal), as verified by the Personal Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).

Evaluation Procedures: Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the technical and financial evaluation criteria. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.

Optional Site Visit: Wednesday, July 4, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. CDT (Central Daylight Time).

Basis of selection: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

Requirements are in accordance with the Statements of Work in Annex A, and the Mandatory Technical Criteria detailed in the Annex B of the Invitation to Tender document.
