Description: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a Contractor to supply all labour, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the testing, maintenance, inspection and annual certification of the fire alarm systems at Depot, F Division HQ and the Support Services Building in Regina, SK, in accordance with the requirements, specifications, terms and conditions referenced within the Request for Proposal (RFP).
The contract period will be for four years from the date of contract award with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two additional one-year periods.
Security Requirements: The contractor is required to have all personnel working on site to be security cleared at the level of Facility Access with Escort (FA02) as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The contractor SHALL NOT remove or make copies of any DESIGNATED or CLASSIFIED information or assets from the identified work site.
Site Visit: Arrangement have been made for an optional site visit. Refer to the solicitation document for the site visit date, time and specific location. The site visit date has been changed, please refer to Amendment 002.
Basis of Selection: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
