Description of Work:

The System Delivery and Project Portfolio Management (SDPPM) directorate within the Information Management and Information Technology (IM/IT) Program of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for two Senior Project Executives to assist with the provision of project management, program delivery and advice to Senior Management on issues and strategies related to program renewal, business orientation, IM/IT delivery solutions, benefits realization, outcome management, organizational realignment and information management solutions.

• The work is currently being performed by a contracted resource
• The work is currently being performed by ADGA Group Consultants Inc. under contract (value $1,750,172.02)
