Description of the Requirement:

CIC requires expert advice and recommendations that will enable the department to build an overall service transformation strategy, maximize the potential benefits of the transformational initiatives and provide guidance towards the development of the transformation roadmap and potential implementation approach and plan.

The objectives identified are:

1. The development of a service transformation strategy;
2. The development of a future-oriented operating model;
3. The development of a Service transformation roadmap;
4. The development of recommendations regarding how CIC should organize to deliver the transformation.
