Petrographic and electron microprobe investigation (RFSO)

A standing offer (SO) is an offer from a supplier to Canada that allows Canada to purchase goods and/or services, or a combination of goods and services, as and when requested, during a specific period of time, through the use of a call-up process which incorporates the conditions and pricing of the standing offer.

A standing offer itself is not a contract. A separate contract is formed each time a call-up for the provision of goods and/or services is made against a standing offer.

Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) solicits offers to use professional petrography services for a period of 2 years + 3 optional years to establish Regional Individual Standing Offers (RISO).
