The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a Contractor to supply, deliver, unload and provide service, as required, for one (1) new 25 HP and one (1) new 50 HP mower (most current model year manufactured at bid closing) to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, to be delivered to Regina, SK, in accordance with the specifications detailed in the RFP. This requirement includes training for up to ten (10) people, for a minimum of four hours.
This requirement includes an option to purchase up to one (1) additional unit of each within twelve (12) months of contract award.
Security Requirement: The contractor is required to have all personnel working on site to be security cleared at the level of Facility Access with Escort (FA02) as verified by the Personnel Security Unit of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price per unit, will be recommended for award of a contract. One contract may be awarded per mower.
Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit indicated on the first page of the solicitation.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
