Individual Virtual Language Training

Environment Canada has a requirement for individual virtual language training and professional teaching services as detailed in the Statement of Work, Annex A to the bid solicitation. The period of the contract is from date of award to March 31 2019, with two options to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

There are no security requirements associated with this requirement. The Contractor will not have access to ECCC sites, information or assets.

Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related information as needed, pursuant to section 01 Integrity Provisions of Standard Instructions 2003.

For services requirements, bidders in receipt of a pension or a lump sum payment must provide the required information as detailed in article 3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
