Description of the Requirement

PMRA requires several experienced Change Management Consultant to help support the development and management (e.g. Designing interventions aimed at improving organizational effectiveness through system-centered change, Designing and conducting a change readiness assessment in order to plan and carry out a change management strategy) of PMRA strategic plan. The objective is to have the contractor provide four (4) resources, in the Change Management Consultant category, on an as-and-when-requested basis.

The resulting contract will be established with a single supplier under which Task Authorizations will be issued to support various Change Management Projects for a period of three years.

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from Date of Contract Award to 2021 (three year period).

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort per resource is 420 days
