A public bid opening will be held in the office listed above shortly after the time set for solicitation closing.

Description: Work under this contract will involve, but is not limited to the following for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP): Supply all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision for the demolition and remove existing exterior stair construction as required to accommodate new exterior stair construction and construct new exterior stairs at B Block located at Depot Division, Regina, SK and is further described in the attached Drawings and Specifications and any amendments thereto.

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by 31 October 2018.

There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

Optional Site Visit: Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at RCMP Academy-Depot Division at Fort Dufferin which is accessible through the Bonner Drive gate on 02 August 2018 at 14 30 hrs CST. Security identification tags are to be picked up from the Security Administration Unit at Fort Dufferin. Government issued photo identification must be provided when picking up security identification tags.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
